Eggplant - whadda I do with this thing?


































This is what I did. There are so few ingredients, hurrah! Also, don't puree that shit eat it country style on hearty bread. You are in a barn.

  1. Slice it thin put it on paper towel to get the moisture out and roast that shit with salt and pepper and olive oil! Then eat it!
