Eggplant - whadda I do with this thing?


































This is what I did. There are so few ingredients, hurrah! Also, don't puree that shit eat it country style on hearty bread. You are in a barn.

    Slice it thin put it on paper towel to get the moisture out and roast that shit with salt and pepper and olive oil! Then eat it!

    this soup is incredible. thanks baby bird! I added extra water, extra lemon and of course, sour cream as a garnish because i am a fatty!
